REGULAR SCHEDULED ICE The season's ice schedule is purchased by Arnprior Minor Hockey from the Arnprior & District Civic Centre in August/September of each year. Coaches that will not be able to utilize the ice purchased for their team MUST contact their division's convenor at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled ice time, in order that ice may be re-allocated to another team, or returned to the Civic Centre to be re-sold. EXTRA ICE Coaches that would like to purchase extra ice for their team (at the team's expense) are required to contact that division's convenor. (Note: at the request of Arnprior's Director of Recreation all coaches must work through their convenor who will then contact the ice scheduler.) TOURNAMENT ICE Convenors must contact the Ice Scheduler to obtain the appropriate amount of ice to run a tournament. Please NO phone calls after 9:30 pmLast updated: June 2009 |
