Arnprior Novice Stars Shine at Pakenham A Tournament

On Feb 7-10 the Arnprior Stars battled three Ottawa teams in Pakenham, managing to come out on top and win the A Level Novice Tournament. The Stars faced some tough competition but thanks to some timely goals from Jesse Dick, solid goaltending from Ryan Lindsay and great team effort, the Stars pulled it off.
One of the highlights of the game came late in the 3rd period of the final game when Jesse Dick shot a long cross ice pass to Ethan McCormick who streaked down the right side, deking out the goalie and icing the game.
