How to Reschedule Games:

When cancelling a game due to weather be sure to contact the opposing teams coach or manager and advise them that you will not be traveling. A Reschedule Request will trigger a notification to the division convener, however do not rely on the convener seeing it in time to approve it on short notice.
Please be mindful to not cancel a game too early in the day such as on a weekday morning, especially if you are basing it on school buses being cancelled. Such weather related cancellations should not be done in the morning for an evening game as weather may improve or roads may be clear closer to game time.
If a team coach / manager is concerned that weather may be a factor, begin by reaching out to the opposing coach / manager to make them aware of the concern, then later in the afternoon make the final decision whether the game needs to be postponed or not.
You do not need to wait for approval from convener for weather related requests providing they are not done too far in advance. District or AMHA WILL NOT cancel games it's in the hands of the managers/coaches of both teams.

How to Find a Manager Email
All associations have been asked to put Manager Emails within their individual team websites under "Player Roster".
