Responsibilities of a Manager

  • Success of the team’s year rests primarily with you.
  • Liaison between the parents and the coach/bench staff.
  • Ensure the Registrars asks regarding Team List and Bench Staff are provided.
  • Keep finalized Team Lists from registrar and all revisions together and bring them to all tournaments.
  • In partnership with the coach, ensure that the rules of the league are followed.
  • Know your Association rules (i.e. affiliation, adult in dressing room…).
  • Ensure your team has schedules and know how to use and access through SportsHeadz.  Communicate any schedule changes when needed.
  • Contact the AMHA webmaster [email protected] to gain access to your team’s webpage.
  • Ensure 24-hour rule is enforced by all before submitting complaints.
  • Maintain good communication between coaches and parents.
