Complaints
Individuals who experience any issues with any AMHA members, volunteers, including managers, trainers, coaches, or Executive members, should follow the process outlined in AMHA’s Complaints Policy. Such complaints may include topics such as ice allocation, team selection, fair play and coaching decisions, team finances, player, parent or bench staff conduct at games or any hockey-related activities (games, practices, tournaments or other events).
