Complaints shall follow the proper channels. Team officials contact their convener (U7_U9, Junior House, Senior House), to voice their concerns. If your convener is unable to assist you, contact your Association President. If they are unable to assist you, your complaint must be made in writing to the UOVMHL Secretary/Treasurer or they will not be considered. Complaints received in writing by the Executive shall be investigated.
No parents shall contact the Convener to lodge a complaint. Parents are to contact their Coaches first. If the complaint is against the coach, the parent may contact their President or Vice President. If this is to be heard at the League level, the complaint must be made in writing to the UOVMHL Secretary/Treasurer or they will not be considered. Complaints received in writing by the Executive shall be investigated.
