Susan Whitelock started ballet in 1993 at the age of 9 years old in Kanata, ONT. In 2006, after years of recreation and competitive dance, Susan completed her “Intermediate - Female Ballet Vocational Graded Examinations in Dance” with the Royal Academy of Dance, “Gold: Jazz Award” and “Advanced 1: Modern Theater” with the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing. Susan Whitelock is a mother of 3, wife, friend and community volunteer. She grew up in Kanata but moved to Braeside with her husband after the birth of their first child. In September 2019, Susan opened her own dance studio to teach Creative Movement to children in the Arnprior area. Her goal is to introduce children to dance in a warm, nurturing, and fun environment.
